Michael ten Broeke
Regulated IT, cybersecurity and implementation control
Michael has a background in applied physics and computer science, combined with broad experience in IT implementation, Infrastructure, Enterprise systems, Cybersecurity and Regulated delivery environments.
He has worked as Implementation Consultant, IT manager, Project manager and advisor in situations where technical systems, business processes and operational continuity had to be brought together.
His strength is translating complexity into structure: what needs to be decided, what needs to be controlled and what needs to move forward.
Robert Jan van der Horst
IT leadership, governance and enterprise delivery
Robert Jan has a background in quantitative economics and senior IT leadership, including CIO-level experience in international and regulated environments.
He has led and advised on IT strategy, Cybersecurity Programs, ERP implementations, Governance, Infrastructure, CSV/CSA, Vendor Management and large-scale Transformation Programs.
His strength is connecting management priorities, business impact, governance and structured execution in complex organizations.
Extended specialist network
For specific assignments, Q7 works with a small network of trusted specialists in areas such as technical implementation, documentation, project support and operational follow-up.
This allows us to scale selectively without presenting a large generic consulting bench. The core team remains responsible for direction, quality, stakeholder alignment and management control.
